Your custom tutu will be made out of yards and yards of quality, soft tulle, all made in the USA. This tutu will be super full and fluffy...perfect for photo shoots, birthdays, holidays, parties, pretend and room decoration! For your custom tutu please pick as many colors of tulle as you would like.  No limits..go crazy, have fun, create something gorgeous! Each tutu is created using a non roll elastic waistband to give your baby or child the best comfort and fit.  All tutus will include a coordinating ribbon tied in a bow at the waistline.  There are also several options below to choose from. Tutu's are approximately 8-9 inches long, which is perfect for about age 6 mo-2 years old. Every inch after that is $2.00 per inch.  Availability:  Usually ships within 2-3 weeks.  If you need this item sooner than 4 weeks there is a rush processing option.  Rush orders ship via FedEx.
